WTCC Rounds 15 & 16 - Brands Hatch, UK - 18th & 19th July 2009

The WTCC makes its annual stop in the UK this weekend, with rounds 15 & 16 taking place around the Brands Hatch Grand Prix circuit in Kent. After the damage sustained a week ago in Porto, and some unplanned delays returning to the UK it's been hard work for the Special Tuning (UK) Ltd team getting the car ready, but everything is now on schedule for Tom Boardman to make his UK debut in the WTCC.

Having spent 2008 racing in the SEAT Eurocup, and the Spanish SEAT Supercopa which he won, this will also be only the 25 year old Lancashire drivers second UK event in the last two seasons, so he is very much looking forward to returning to the site of his 2005 SEAT Cupra Championship win.
